The Hawkeyes are off to a 2-0 start as well, with wins over Northern Illinois (40-0) and Iowa State (16-13). They needed two fourth-quarter field goals to take down their in-state rivals this past weekend, but they did what they needed to do to get the job done and remain unbeaten.
The Wolverines also won at Kinnick Stadium in 2022 by a final score of 27-14. The last time Iowa beat Michigan was back in 2016 on a walk-off field goal, 14-13.
The last time Iowa won at The Big House was all the way back in 2010. Michigan is on a four-game winning streak against Iowa, with two of those wins being in the Big Ten Championship Game in 2021 and 2023.
