ESPN has shaken up its SP+ Power Rankings following all of the action in Week 3 of college football, with a new team on top. Week 3 has come and gone in college football, offering more opportunities for teams to begin separating themselves from the pack.

The preseason power rankings are getting more and more distant, as Top 10 teams have fallen over the past three weeks. ESPN data analyst Bill Connelly overhauled his weekly SP+ Power Rankings following Week 3’s slate of games, including a flip flop in the top spot.
