South Carolina · AlabamaRogers, who previously played at NC State , was in position to start before he injured his knee going up for a touchdown catch during the spring game in April. DeBoer said in the summer that Rogers was ahead of his original recovery timeline.
Reserve running back AK Dear will also be available after suffering a lower body injury during preseason camp. DeBoer also announced that freshman offensive lineman Chris Booker is not with the team.
Booker has not played in any of Alabama's first three games.
