Nick Saban calls KaMario Taylor ‘the truth and the light’ ahead of Minnesota matchup.

Saban believes Taylor’s combination of arm talent and athleticism gives him a chance to become one of the biggest surprises in the SEC: “Just watching a guy play a little bit last year, and then a lot this year, and then talking to Jeff Lebby ,” Saban added. “I mean, this guy is a very good passer, athletic and can run and create plays on his own.”
Alas, Taylor showed flashes of that ability last season while serving primarily as Mississippi State’s backup quarterback. He appeared in 11 games, completing 43 of 77 passes for 629 yards, five touchdowns and one interception.
