NebraskaThe penalty was the result of an investigation that found Hill participated with Miami Carol City before he was officially enrolled. In addition, he lived with a representative of the school's athletic program.
However, he didn't enroll until Aug. 13. In addition to practicing early, an FHSAA investigation found his eligibility paperwork was not signed by his legal guardian.
Instead, someone associated with the football program signed the paperwork. USA Today's Alex Martin reported this.
This is certainly a notable development, and it will be worth watching as the year progresses.
