"It's definitely something that me and the coaches have been talking about, and I'll maybe try and come back for a OV, you never know," Aliu said. He is ranked as the No. 270 overall player and No. 23 offensive tackle in the Rivals industry ranking.
While it is always tough to pull off a flip, Aliu is an important target for the Seminoles, who do not have an offensive lineman committed in their 2027 recruiting class. That is the biggest weakness in their recruiting class and something offensive line coach Herb Hand has to address, even if he has done well in the transfer portal.
