Boston College · RutgersWhen Kahoun, a Notre Dame transfer, was carried off on the stretcher, he gave the thumbs-up, indicating he was going to be okay. During the play, it appeared Kahoun went helmet-first into the Rutgers running back’s shoulder when he was attempting to make a tackle.
While the Boston College linebacker was on the field, trainers cut off his jersey and removed his shoulder pads before putting a neck brace on him. He made his first start against Cincinnati last week and recorded three tackles.
